Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-09-19. These terms govern the use of the Punctăm platform (the "Service") by the organisation that opens a workspace (the "Customer") and its users.

1. Provider

The provider's identification details are not yet configured for this environment (deployment decision).

2. Scope of the Service

The Service supports the preparation of public procurement bids: fetching documentation, extracting facts with exact source references, matching requirements against company evidence, assisted drafting and document package generation. The Service does not transmit bids to official procurement platforms and does not guarantee the outcome of any procedure.

3. Account and workspace

Each workspace belongs to one organisation and has at least one owner. The Customer is responsible for the users it invites, the roles it grants and the accuracy of uploaded documents. Access uses e-mail sign-in links; sensitive actions require recent identity confirmation.

4. Plans, credits and payment

The plans and prices published on the "Pricing" page form part of these terms together with the price list version shown at purchase. Paid work consumes preparation credits per procurement (one credit covers a procedure up to 5 lots/250 pages including drafting and exports; generic CVs outside a procedure consume one credit); plan credits renew monthly and purchased credits expire after 12 months. A credit reservation is shown before work starts and is released if the work produces no result. Payments are processed by Stripe; on non-payment access enters a grace period, then read-only mode, according to the retention policy.

5. Customer content

Uploaded documents, evidence and texts remain the Customer's property. The Provider processes them solely to deliver the Service under the Data Processing Agreement. The Customer warrants it has the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.

6. Generated results and responsibility

Generated results (extracted facts, assessments, drafts, briefs) are working tools. Every statement points to its source or is explicitly marked as undetermined, an assumption or a Customer commitment. The Customer reviews and approves content before use; participation decisions, prices and bid submission remain the Customer's responsibility.

7. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the Service to access other customers' data, to upload illegal or malicious content, to circumvent technical limits, or to bulk-harvest public sources contrary to their terms.

8. Availability and support

The Provider aims for high availability, publishes the status of services and data sources and communicates incidents. Public notice sources may be unavailable or incomplete; the absence of a result does not mean the absence of an opportunity.

9. Term and termination

The contract runs monthly and may be terminated by the Customer at any time from billing settings. On termination the Customer may export all data; deletion follows the retention policy and may be blocked by a legal hold.

10. Liability

The Provider's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer in the last 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence or intent and for obligations that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

Changes to these terms are notified at least 30 days in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Accepted versions are recorded in the account.

12. Governing law

Romanian law applies; disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

Version 2026-09-20 · Provider information (Romanian Law 365/2002): The provider's identification details are not yet configured for this environment (deployment decision).
